New CNC machining centre for die-cast parts
Since a few
weeks we have a new, compact CNC machining centre in the die casting devision.
Thanks to the high-speed spindles of this model, productivity for parts
production is further increased.
The new
machining centre is equipped with a rotary table and loading and unloading
takes place in parallel during machining. This shortens the machining times for
diecast parts and thus further optimises the delivery time to our customers.
With our diecasting machine, we process approximately 200 tonnes of aluminium annually. The high-pressure diecasting process is ideal for the efficient production of large
series and light, thin-walled castings where particularly small tolerances, a
smooth surface and sharp contours are desired.
