Bent aluminium profiles direct from the factory
Sourcing bent and machined aluminium profiles is often a complex task
due to the interfaces between extrusion, bending and machining
processing. This involves dealing with multiple suppliers, long lead
times and a considerable amount of coordination.
Our approach: an integrated process chain from a single source, directly from our factory in Liesberg. This reduces interfaces, saves time and ensures maximum planning reliability.
Our roll bending machine enables precise 2D bending. Thanks to lateral guide rollers, the profiles are stabilised during the process and compensated along the third axis, meaning that limited 3D bending is also possible. The positioning accuracy is 0.01 mm.
