Our values

Reliability
"To be reliable, you must be able to say no. No to tasks that will prevent me from doing what I have promised. Or no to my temptation not to carry on when a task gets difficult. Reliable workers increase the quality of the work and, at the same time, increase their own satisfaction in their work."

Patrick Villiger,

CEO

Agility
"To me, agility means the ability and willingness to separate ourselves from the past and to accept changes as a challenge. We are open, self-motivated, interested and flexible."

Roger Thomann,

CFO, Executive Board

Indvidual Responsibility
"Individual responsibility means for all of us to independently find solutions in order to reach the required goal on time, and at the first attempt. To achieve that, we analyze the demands, learn how to do whatever is necessary and create solutions."

Markus Fischer,
Head of Quality Management
Pushing the Boundaries
"To me, pushing the boundaries means that we always question existing practices and ways of thinking, and regard increasing customer demands as a chance to develop further. "

Michael Späth,
CSO Extrusions, Executive Board
