The raw material for our profiles is cast aluminium extrusion billets. The conditions under which these are produced have a direct influence on the carbon footprint. In 2025, around 80 % of our electricity consumption (in kWh) came from renewable energy sources. Hydropower accounted for the largest share at 60 %, supplemented by solar energy from our own photovoltaic system, wind power and biomass.
