The new AMK 4 automatic crane is the centrepiece of the new machining
plant II in Liesberg/BL. It is used to transport the extruded profiles
to the new machining centres, either directly or via an intermediate
storage area, without the need for manpower.
Connection of machining plant II to intralogistics system
A few days ago, the steel girders for the new AMK 4 automatic crane were
delivered. The AMK 4 will integrate the machining plant II into the
existing unmanned intralogistics system.
