To complement our team in IT Support, we are looking for an independent,
reliable and team-oriented person as Junior IT Administrator 80% to
100%.
Your area of responsibility
You will be responsible for our system landscape in a team with two colleagues. Your varied tasks include 1st and 2nd level support of the ICT infrastructure, user administration, monitoring the data backup process and analysing and rectifying faults. You will also create documentation and train system users. You will work on-call and support projects.
Your profile
You have completed training as a computer scientist in systems engineering or have completed comparable further training in the field of computer science. You have already gained initial experience in IT support and have a good knowledge of the following Microsoft technologies: O365/MS Office, Exchange 2019, Active Directory. A very good knowledge of German and, advantageously, a good knowledge of English round off your profile.
