For one of our customers, we manufacture surface-mounted housings using the high-pressure diecasting process. These are used for single, double, or triple sockets. In industry or at home in outdoor areas.
Our specialists use a special alloy to optimally fulfil the technical requirements. Moulds for three different surface-mounted enclosures have been developed for production. There are also moulds for intermediate frames and for various hinged covers - optionally lockable, for solar applications, for pressure switches and much more. We produce a total of 36 (!) different cast parts using the
high-pressure diecasting process, as the individual components are modular and can be flexibly combined. The
high-pressure diecasting process is ideal for lightweight, thin-walled cast parts that require particularly low tolerances, a smooth surface, and sharp contours.
