More precisely, the finished cast product is a special part and is used as a connecting element for modular construction site railings. These safety rails are used, for example, as side protection for stairs, platform and balconies, wherever there is a risk of falling.
Together with the customer, we developed his idea for this special part. With this cast component, the side protection system made of aluminium tubes can be easily assembled, built up modularly and adapted to the respective construction progress.
These special parts were moulded using the
gravity die casting process. This process is ideal for cast parts from 10 g to 6 kg with a wall thickness of 4 mm or more. The moulds - which are reusable casting moulds - are filled by hand with molten aluminium. Thanks to our extensive experience and skilful craftsmanship, we guarantee perfect casting quality.
