Get-Together Day: Out and about together
Last week was our Get-Together Day – an event where new employees and
employees celebrating service anniversaries from the foundry, extrusion
plant and administration departments have the opportunity to get to know
each other better outside of their everyday working lives.
Another highlight was the factory tours at two of our customers in the region. There we were able to see first-hand where our cast components and profiles are used and how they contribute to successful end products on the market. A big thank you goes to our hosts for the warm welcome and the exciting insights!
Around 20 colleagues took advantage of the opportunity to spend a varied day together. The Get-Together Day demonstrated once again how valuable cross-departmental exchange is – and how directly our daily work supports the success of our customers.
