Telephone service disruption
Due to a technical fault in the telephone line, we are currently only
available to a limited extent via landline (calls are not being reliably
transmitted).
We can be reached without restriction by email.
Swisscom is working hard to resolve the problem, but it may take a few more days (probable cause of the disruption: construction work near our company premises).
The
customer portal is available to our customers without restriction. With just a few clicks, you are able to request a quote or carry out a feasibility check, for example.
