We are looking for: Head of Cast and Member of the Executive Board (all)
You will assume strategic, operational and financial responsibility for the Casting Division and lead it to success as a profit centre with approx. 65 employees.
As a member of the Executive Board, you and your team (sales manager and four production department managers) will ensure the provision of services (including order processing, production, shipping and dispatch) and strategically develop the Casting division. You will support and develop the employees who report to you and continuously improve processes in order to make the Casting division fit for the future in the long term.
