Efficient, precise and economical: we process aluminium profiles
directly in our extrusion plant in Liesberg using state-of-the-art CNC
machining technology. This enables short turnaround times, reduced
costs and maximum process reliability.
Our Chiron MP715 enables complete CNC machining in a continuous process. Five sides are machined in the first clamping. The sixth side follows in a second clamping, whereby the component is repositioned fully automatically. This allows us to significantly reduce set-up and idle times and ensure consistently high precision and repeat accuracy.
We
machine aluminium profiles with lengths of up to 800 millimetres, optionally up to 3 metres, and a weight of up to 18 kg per metre. Production is efficient, reproducible and suitable for serial production.
