   The production of curved profiles is associated with an increased amount of scrap in terms of production technology. The so-called running-in of new profiles also requires a certain quantity of profiles, which is not predictable. You do not have to worry about all these risks.    The radius measuring system enables the measurement of one - or more - different radii in the same profile.
3. Quality: 
   During the bending process, we can compensate or even bend the profiles in the third plane thanks to lateral guide rollers (conditional 3D bending).
4. Process safety: 
   The actual radius is measured continuously or cyclically. The target- radius is achieved thanks to automatic correction and flows into the bending process of the subsequent part. This guarantees that the radius always remains within the required tolerance for the entire series. This applies to small quantities as well as large series.
