Our customer service begins with individual consultation and extends from design and manufacturing through to on-time delivery. A shared understanding of quality is crucial for producing optimally coordinated aluminium components, such as servo worm gearboxes.

For a long-standing customer, we manufacture high-precision cast components for a range of compact servo worm gearboxes, which are available in five sizes. Each size corresponds to the centre distance; the largest model measures 180 mm x 250 mm x 325 mm and weighs around 14 kg.

The demands placed on servo worm gearboxes in automation systems are high: optimal heat dissipation, reliable lifetime lubrication and versatile mounting and coupling options ensure a high-performance yet flexible solution for industrial applications.

We have been manufacturing these high-technology gearbox housings using low-pressure diecasting for over 20 years. To date, more than 180,000 housings in five different sizes have been produced and delivered.

Servo worm gearboxes are used in linear modules for automation systems and are applied across a wide range of industries, particularly the automotive industry, medical technology, aerospace and transport.
