The "anniversary" profile has a ring shape and is used for awnings - to fix the post to the mandrel. As high forces have to be transferred here, this aluminium ring is used.
As early as 1935, our first own pressing plant was put into operation, at that time at the location in Laufen. In 1947, our predecessors introduced profile counting according to today's system.
And another 50,000-profile figure: last year we produced just about 50'000 aluminium profiles, in the meantime on three extrusion lines.
