In order to meet customer requirements in the best possible way, our design experts have developed various tool concepts in advance and analysed them with the appropriate simulation software.

Our specialists decided on the version with the vertical design ( illustration). The tool concept provided for two lateral core pulls and two loose parts for the square recess. The simulation showed largely positive results.

Only in the middle part of the handle microporosity was to be expected. Thanks to this information, the foundrymen were able to pay particular attention from the outset to a stable temperature balance in the mould and correct insulation of the cavity.

Conclusion: Our customer received a fitting solution for his special requirements and thus door handles that met his desired, special specification.
