... or how a simple mirror cabinet becomes a high-end design product.

Already since 1995 we can count the company W. Schneider + Co AG, Swiss market leader for mirror cabinets, among our customers.

The challenges for ready-to-install aluminium profiles today are various.

Due to the numerous installations, the profiles require a complex geometry with different wall sizes, several cavities and open spaces. This, of course, always under the aspects of design and optimal assembly.

Due to the increased demands on the profiles, this also poses a particular challenge in terms of tolerances, as the combination of the various profiles must also fit perfectly in the mitres.

European extrusion standards no longer meet the requirements here. In cooperation with W. Schneider + Co AG, it has been possible to realize clearly limited tolerances.

Special attention is paid to the surface, especially if an anodized version is used. Any damage, streaks, die lines and welding seams must be prevented as far as possible. In order to achieve this, these risks are already evaluated in the design of the aluminium profile and thus avoided as far as possible. We get already involved in the design phase in order to contribute our practical know-how and many years of experience in profile production. We support the customer throughout the entire production process, right up to optimum packaging.

It is also due to this close partnership that W. Schneider + Co AG has repeatedly been able to successfully develop and market high-end products in Switzerland. We are proud that we will continue to play an active role in the design of product lines with perfectly fitting profiles in the future.
