Using the processes of gravity casting, high-pressure diecasting and low-pressure diecasting, we can produce practically any shape and process the castings, including pre-assembly, up to the ready-to-install product.

The colleagues used a 3D printer to print a plastic unicorn, prepared the "model" for casting, cast it by hand in Petrobond sand, sanded it down cleanly, tumble-finished and painted it.

 

Conclusion: In fact, there are almost no limits to complexity, geometry and tolerances in the casting process - thanks to the casting process and, above all, the many years of experience of our employees.
