Your area of responsibility
You will answer a large number of customer enquiries by telephone and e-mail, check feasibility and prepare quotations. You will be responsible for on-time order and project fulfilment from start to finish and ensure customer satisfaction. In close co-operation with the sales force, you will support our customers and be the contact person for technical questions.

Your profile
You have a basic technical qualification with further commercial training.
You have already successfully utilised your specialist knowledge in a comparable role. You are adept at using Excel (calculation) and communicate fluently in written and spoken German, other languages are an advantage.
