Investing in renewable energies
In this video (in German): Roger Thomann, Head of Finance and
Administration, gives an insight into the advantages and benefits of the
photovoltaic system. By investing in renewable energy, we can secure
part of our energy costs in the long term.
With the photovoltaic system, we are able to partially decouple ourselves from fluctuating electricity prices and gain more planning security thanks to long-term electricity supply contracts.
With the new photovoltaic system on the roofs of the foundry and the extrusion plant, we will save 1,100 tonnes of CO2 per year.
