Cast and profile elements combined in one component
Our customers receive aluminium castings and profile elements from a
single source, save time and transport costs and only have to deal with
one contact person.
Further advantages: The tolerances and fitting accuracy of the cast parts and profiles are matched internally and therefore fit together perfectly. On request, we are able to assemble them directly in-house into finished components.
A practical example: For one of our customers, we produce corner elements using the die-casting process and connecting profiles in the extrusion plant. We then ensure that the profiles are processed and coated. The customer receives ready-made, precisely fitting aluminium elements from us for final assembly, which are then installed into frames. The result is special containers for demanding product transport.
